Our senior recruiters generally have a minimum of five years IT recruitment experience and have spent most of their careers working with large corporate clients. The average period of employment with Abraxas of our Sydney sales team is currently over six years; this enables us to develop and maintain strong and ongoing relationships with our key customers. We work hard to ensure that we avoid the turnover of staff that results in key information and relationships being lost.
A typical Abraxas consultant will have several years experience in this industry but generally only with one or two companies; they will have a qualitative, consultative and intelligent approach to recruitment, focused on partnering with organisations and providing services which genuinely add value to their recruitment processes. They will have a strong understanding of Enterprise IT technologies, as well as sound knowledge of at least one or two industry sectors. They will also tend to be individuals who do not wish to be micro-managed and who are therefore highly self-motivated and self-disciplined.
